Start at Port de la Bourdonnais to see the iconic Eiffel Tower up close. 

You can hop off at Pont du Carrousel to visit the famous Louvre Museum and its incredible art collection.

For a taste of Paris’s rich history and stunning architecture, get off at Quai de Montebello to explore Notre-Dame Cathedral.

Important Information About This Ticket

• Boats run every 30 minutes on average.
• The validity of your pass starts at the moment you board for the first time.
• There are no toilets onboard or at the stations.
• Baby carriages are allowed; please bring fold-up strollers and ask a crew member to store them at the front of the boat.
• Only the Eiffel Tower stop is wheelchair accessible.

Sights En Route

1. Eiffel Tower: You’ll likely get the closest glimpse of this iconic landmark early in the cruise. Keep your camera ready for that classic Parisian postcard shot!

2. Musée d’Orsay: This former train station turned museum houses an impressive collection of Impressionist and Post-Impressionist masterpieces.

3. Saint-Germain-des-Prés: Catch a glimpse of this historic district known for its intellectual cafes and bohemian vibes.

4. Notre Dame Cathedral: While currently under restoration after a fire, you might be able to see the majestic silhouette of this Gothic cathedral from the river.

5. Jardin des Plantes: This botanical garden is a great spot to visit if you have more time, but you’ll see its greenhouses and gardens peek through from the river.

6. Hôtel de Ville (City Hall): Admire the grand architecture of Paris’ City Hall building.

8. Place de la Concorde: This historic square is a major traffic circle, but you might spot the Luxor Obelisk standing tall in its center.

Best Time to Take a Sightseeing Cruise

For the best sightseeing experience, aim for midday between 10 am and 1 pm or early evening from 6 to 7 pm to take a cruise along the Seine River. 

Weekdays, especially Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, offer a more enjoyable and less crowded experience. 

For optimal weather and beautiful views, plan your cruise during the months of April, May, September, or October. 

Keep in mind that the operating hours for Batobus cruises are from 10 am to 7 pm.

Tips to Make the Most of Your Cruise

• Pack sunscreen, hats, and water bottles are vital, especially during the summer.  
• Bring snacks or a small lunch on longer cruises, especially if you’re traveling with youngsters. 
• Wear walking shoes since you will most likely be wandering between stations.  
• Wear layers because the temperature varies depending on the time of day and whether you’re on the open deck or inside the boat.
• The Seine River trip provides several picture chances to capture breathtaking images of the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, and other classic monuments.
